Workplace wellbeing
Myles
Get your team moving with an epic virtual challenge.
Initially founded by University of York friends, Toby Cannon and Michael McCreadie, to help them stay active during lockdown, the app has now helped over 25,000 people with their fitness goals.
Physical inactivity is associated with 1 in 6 deaths in the UK and is estimated to cost the UK £7.4 billion annually. Myles is used by private sector companies as well as the NHS to increase staff physical activity levels, resulting in a healthier, happier workforce.
The app connects with your favourite fitness tracker and allows you to record over 100 different activities and sports. It then uses gamification and powerful social dynamics to help people form healthy habits and start behaviour change.
